Our HR Support Advisor programme is designed to enable your employees to become Human Resources Professionals. What will They Do?

During this 15 month programme, your HR Support Advisor will develop their understanding of various HR Support functions including; employee rights, data storage and management and policy making. All of this learning will help your HR Support Advisor develop into an effective and efficient member of the team.

Training and Assessing

Over the course of this 15-month programme, your HR Support Advisor will have regular communications with their assigned learning coach, either through face-to-face visits or telephone contact. They will also be required to attend delivery workshops, where they will learn the technical skills and knowledge to support their role and day-to-day activities.

Your HR Support Advisor will also receive masterclasses from industry experts, workplace visits from their designated learning coach and preparation workshops in anticipation for their End-Point Assessment. All of the support given is provided so that your HR Support Advisor has the best possible opportunity and experience to succeed, both on this programme, and in their career.

Industry Leading Qualification

After the successful completion of this programme, your HR Support Advisor will be able to apply for Associate Membership (Assoc CIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for the HR sector, if the relevant qualifications are taken.

This membership forms the foundation of a career within the profession, giving the base for further development through a career path.

Utilising Your Apprenticeship Levy Funds

This programme can be paid for through your Apprenticeship Levy contributions. The cost for this programme is £5,000, which would be paid through your Digital Apprenticeship Service account.
