CITY AND GUILDS LEVEL 4 FRAMEWORK
WHAT WILL THEY DO?
Over this 15 month programme your employee will learn technical content including software development, technical support, telecommunications and databases. In addition, the programme supports an industry-recognised qualification from organisations such as Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, VM Ware and CompTIA.

TRAINING AND MENTORING
This programme will last between 12 and 15 months, with your employee receiving 10 weeks’ worth of training from both their designated 3aaa Apprenticeships mentor and trainers in one of our 40 training academies.
During the academy sessions, your employee will cover a variety of modules, selected by both you and your employee, where they will learn the theory behind their practical skills in the workplace, the fundamentals of IT and gain an in-depth knowledge about the industry.
INDUSTRY LEADING QUALIFICATIONS
On completion of the programme, your employee will be awarded with a City and Guilds Level 4 Diploma for ICT Professionals and a Level 4 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals. The competence units are delivered and assessed in the workplace and the knowledge modules are delivered in your local 3aaa Apprenticeships training academy.
UTILISING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP LEVY FUNDS
This programme can be paid for through your Apprenticeship Levy contributions. The cost for this programme is £12,000, which would be paid through your Digital Apprenticeship Service account. Our expert team can work closely with your business to help you manage and effectively utilise your Apprenticeship Levy funds.
