September has been a very busy month for the 3aaa Levy Team, with schools coming back in September we have had over 80 enquiries from Multi Academy Trusts in the last week. 10 Multi Academy Trusts have now signed up to the 3aaa Management Levy Service and our project managers are now on the ground reviewing existing staff development programmes, identifying opportunities for existing staff to undertake an Apprenticeship and most importantly creating new opportunities for young people to begin an exciting career in the Education Sector.
Matthew Lawrence, Director of the LEAD Academy Trust commented “Bright and talented young people are vital to the long-term success and sustainability of the LEAD Academy Trust. This is why we are so committed to Apprentice training within our organisation. As a forward thinking and innovative MAT, our vision is to empower everyone to be able to achieve their potential. Apprenticeships have a huge role to play in helping us achieve this goal. We are partnering with 3aaa because of their proven track record and their commitment to excellence for both the Apprentice and Employer at all levels.”
The network of 40 3aaa Academies around the country are already working with over 50 Multi Academy Trusts providing Apprentices in a number of different roles in schools. We are the best-placed provider to support you with your pre and post-Levy needs. Now is the time to talk to us about what we could do for you…
