WHAT WILL THE TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR DO?

During this programme, usually lasting 13 months, your Team Leader/Supervisor will cover a variety of topics allowing them to support, manage and develop team members. They will also develop skills and knowledge, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver business plans, resolve problems and make decisions. We have worked with many employers to develop an innovative and exciting programme which will benefit both your Team Leader/Supervisor and your business.

Alongside the programme, your employee will have the option to gain a professional qualification from an industry leading body, such as the Chartered Management Institute, which will enhance the employee’s managerial skills and support their development with access to industry-driven resources.

UTILISING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP LEVY FUNDS

This programme can be paid for through your Apprenticeship Levy contributions. The cost for this programme is £5,000, which would be paid through your Digital Apprenticeship Service account.
